1. How much energy can I actually save compared to my existing regenerative or Roots blower?

In head-to-head tests, HDC high-speed blowers consume 40–60% less power than equivalent regenerative (side-channel) or Roots blowers. For a typical 7.5kW unit running 16 hours/day, payback is usually 12–18 months. Actual savings depend on your duty cycle, pressure, and local electricity price.

2. Is the air completely oil-free?

Yes. The HDC blower uses direct-drive PMSM motor with full ceramic ball bearings — there is no gearbox, no oil sump, and no lubrication anywhere in the airflow path. The output air is 100% oil-free, safe for food, pharma, and medical applications.

3. How loud is it really?

Measured at 1 meter with the standard sound enclosure, noise is 78 dB(A) (reference value). This is significantly quieter than regenerative blowers (typically 85–90 dB(A)) and Roots blowers (90+ dB(A)). We provide test conditions, not unqualified spec-sheet numbers.

4. Do I need a special foundation?

No. Vibration is below 4 mm/s, so the blower can sit on a standard factory floor or platform — no dedicated concrete foundation required. This saves installation time and cost.

5. Can it connect to our PLC?

Yes. The VFD supports Modbus 485 communication, allowing remote start/stop, speed adjustment, alarm monitoring, and PT100 temperature protection integration into your existing SCADA/PLC system.

6. How do I choose the right model?

Send us your required air flow (m³/h or CFM) and pressure (kPa or psi). We will recommend a model within 24 hours. We recommend reserving 10–15% margin for piping losses.

7. What is the inlet filter replacement interval?

Every 1–3 months, depending on air quality. In dusty environments, shorten the interval. A clogged filter causes vibration, reduced efficiency, and premature bearing damage — this is the #1 maintenance item.

8. What voltage do you support?

Standard is 380V AC / 3-phase / 50Hz. We can customize for other voltages (220V, 480V, 60Hz) for international markets. Let us know your local power supply when requesting a quote.

9. What is the warranty?

12 months from shipment. Core components (motor, VFD) have extended warranty terms. We stock spare parts and dispatch within 48 hours.

10. Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide via sea or air freight. Export packing is standard. Contact us for CIF/DDP quotes to your port.
